This was a new-build 3 storey building, which was to be used as the Bio-Incubator Centre for the Science Park.
We fitted 16 VRF systems, 200+ ducted units across four floors of office space. We worked alongside SDC Builders, which completed three buildings on the site, a project that in total cost £65m.

2 Daikin ERV Heat Recovery Systems

We worked with Winvic Construction and fellow local business, Luro Electrical, to fit two Daikin ERV Heat Recovery systems to this 72,000 square foot industrial space in Watnall, Nottingham. This fantastic state-of-the-art engineering facility was a new-build project as Aero Fabrications continued its business expansion.

This was an install as part of a refurbishment and extension project at the Al Jalal Masjid (Mosque). They were creating new facilities to meet the needs of their community, such as a women's prayer room and creche, community hall, additional prayer and madrasah space, new washroom and wudu facilities. The Daikin heat pumps will improve the energy efficiency of the building, as well as ensuring it is warm and comfortable for all members of the community.

8 Daikin VRV IV systems

We worked with Wates Smartspace on its £5m refurbishment project to fit out 57,000 square foot of office space as part of two office relocations. We were on-site for 16 weeks, safely de-gassing the old air conditioning systems, removing all old refrigerant, in line with F Gas regulations. We installed eight Daikin VRV IV systems over four floors. This will improve the building's efficiency, as well as providing more intelligent climate control.

A customer came to us and asked if we could design, supply and fit air conditioning to his new home. He was working on a new-build property and we fitted the Panasonic split system in three bedrooms and his living room. He was originally born and bred abroad and was used to air conditioning back home. To him, it was a natural decision to install air conditioning into his brand new home.
