The team at Advance AC are all big football fans!
We are keen to show our support for grass roots football, to ensure our boys and girls can get back to the pitch after a difficult couple of years for us all.
We have decided to sponsor a local football team, based near Advance’s head office in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
The Sports Gateway Merlin U11 squad will be proudly wearing the Advance AC branding on their shirts for the 2021-22 season – and we think they look pretty smart!
Company Director, Dan Lee, said: “My eldest son, Bobby, plays for the Under 11s and I wanted to show our support as a local business and as parents, to help the team to buy their kit.
“Grass roots football is not just a place for kids to have a kick around; it’s where so many future stars are made and found, where lifelong friendships are made, and where communities come together. How could we not get involved and offer our support?”
The Sports Gateway Merlin U11s currently play in the Saturday Winter Division 2 Blue and will kick off the 2021-22 season away at Long Eaton United. Good luck boys!
