We have recently taken on a brand new apprentice as part of our ongoing commitment to developing new talent in our industry.
Nineteen-year-old, Jay Wilby, joined us in the summer of 2021 and is working with our team to learn new skills on-the-job, while he carries out his training.
We have worked with a number of apprentices over the years and many of our team came into the industry via the same route.
We’re delighted to have Jay on board and can’t wait for him to really start to get involved in some of our projects and build his skills and knowledge.
Company Director, Dan Lee, said: “It’s great to have Jay on board. This is the best way to learn the industry and he’s come in at a great time when we’re working on lots of different projects. He has the opportunity to really build his skills and knowledge, learning from our experienced team.”
